I would be really proud too, if I got to learn from an original source (for example learning a dance directly from BTS…OMG! ….I would talk about it NON-Stop). Regardless of whether it’s for dance, school or any other thing in life, there is always a sense of Joy and pride that comes from obtaining something from the ORIGINAL SOURCE.
I’m not sure why you have such a degrading tone towards Lisa, when all the original comment stated is true. She is PROUD TO HAVE LEARNED FROM THE ORIGINAL MEMBER OF THE SONG. I don’t know if it’s just me but Lisa seems like she’s having more fun with the boys on this season than the girls last season.
Because, she was well experience now and adjusted that's why she's chill and relax...no pressure.

I think it's because lisa first wanted to leave an impression. Many kpopers and anti doesn't think lisa fits to become a mentor and always criticised her. And Lisa wanted to be more serious and professional , like she wanted the audience to feel her sincerity and that she's there to help the trainee and take things seriously. But now after having an experience and she knows what is the trainees oncerns and feeling she just wanted to be serious but also warm inside.
She goes easy on the boys this time, she was stricter with the girls (not actually more “having fun” tho) but still the boys give her A+ for her strictness in the assessment (and some of them even cried just because of her tough advises lol) I think the boys can’t handle her toughness like the girls, that’s why she’s being more gentle with them this year

I like the dynamic : she catches very quickly what they're doing wrong, and they correct it pretty fast as well (for the most part). Like, I thought there would be many communication problems, because it may be difficult for her to focus on multiple people at the same time, or it may be hard for the dancers to take notice of what they're doing wrong, or why their moves don't feel smooth... but nope.

It sounds like you only watched one or two "tough mentor" videos (where they edited out everything except the "one more time" and "do it again" bits and the "I told you to smile" part).
Hint: Those "tough mentor" videos are heavily edited and only show 1% of what she was doing. The purpose of those videos was just to highlight funny parts and parts where she was being "strict". Of course, in reality, each time that she told them what was wrong and showed them the correct way to do things, she then told them to "do it again" and "one more time" because she had to check whether they were getting it.

In fact she did teach the girl who did mistake. She teach her again and again and more slower to the girl. But the girl didn't really take it seriously, just keep nodding and doing same mistake to the point Lisa said "what's wrong with you" - again she saying "what's wrong with you" might be a language barrier for her to communicate with the girl to the point she use that words. And she, as a mentor who felt sorry for the other trainee in the room who have to wait and watch the girl alone to dance until she got improved to the point she said ''you don't have to feel sorry for me, but for your members". Not all mentor are like these who doesn't really care the other trainee's feeling to wait for the other girl to make her dance more clean and perfect. She on the other hand take her responsibilities to teach the girl again and again where she said "She need to push harder. If she wanted to do it casually, why did she even come here. " I cant be tender, no matter how hard it is, she have to do it. If she wanted to be casually, why did she even came here ? She need to push herself harder " because the other trainee work hard.
