My Appa Sri Sundararajan was lived with that memory till last year and used to share every now and then during our discussions. Santhanam sir great strode like colossus. Same word my Appa used . cuz it is a pure telugu song and being a telugu, I didn't understand few words. "chekapikalaade" word is completely out of use. No wonder why Tamils are not daring to try this song. Composition in madhyamavathi was particularly brillinat, but unfortunately lyrics are scaring people i suppose:). And god, this krithi takes a lot of energy out of you.
