I taked to hdfc customer care but they said this easiest facility is not available with hdfc sec...I need to do fill dis and send to this head office..long process physically....pls suggest
Madam, please let us know following 1. If shares are more than 1 year old in earlier account and sold immediately from new broker, will it be considered as Long term or no 2. Whether old purchase rates are communicated to later broker

Hi.. the video was very informative, wanted to know if its possible to open 2 demat ac with the same broker for convienence sake, like already have one demat ac with zerodha but would like to open an second ac with zerodha, as in one demat I can keep my long term shares and in the another shares purchased through smallcase wherein thier is lot of churning of buy and sale.
One can open 2 different trading TRADING accounts with 2 different brokers. However no one can open 2 demat accounts. Trading account and demat account are 2 different things.

Iam investing in motilal oswal nifty bank index fund of sip rs 1,000 from 2 years first 6 months it is regular plan from karvy management after that I had shifted to direct plan from motilal oswal website. My problem is every month I use to get monthly account statement mentioning nav, amount invested and market value of investment, units allotted. Well in this case I am unable to know what is the gross total investment and market value of investment. Either motilal oswal management nor karvy management is unable to tell my gross total investment. What should I do please🙏🙏 advice

I think Long term cause ignoring Broker your Date of aquisition of share will be conisdered by Income Tax dept.

M stock is very cheaper than zerodha
This method is not working. I tried transferring shares from Groww to Zerodha and its getting rejected everything. Hope anyone has a solution for this
