On the 10th one that you got wrong, Qb6 wasn't correct because it's not a true fork, The king doesn't have to move, the rook can move to block the diagonal. Then if you try to move queen again to recheck with Qb8, the rook can block again by moving up and attacking your queen. If you try to take the pawn instead of Qb6 and the rook blocking, blacks queen can then take the pawn on c3 with check forming a queen rook battery in the process.
