Hi GiveWP. I went through all my plugins using HealthCheck and nothing seemed to change. :( My issue is not with an error message, but with pages not loading unless you refresh the page, which most people won't know or bother to do, so not a good thing at all. Also, when viewing my site with Troubleshooting on, it lacked the visual appearance of the live site, so was hard to judge what the offender looked like. My theme people tell me it's probably plug-in interference with page transition, which is why I used Health Check, so I'm really stumped. Any ideas?
I used the health check plugin to disable all plugins on my site except for the GiveWP donation and GiveWP Stripe gateway plugins and I'm still getting errors: "Error: Error creating payment intent with Stripe. Please try again." "Error: Unhandled payment intent status:" Any other suggestions?
***SOLVED*** I checked the error log and it said the transaction was in test mode and I was using a real CC, which was confusing because I had already disabled test mode. After re-entering my API keys from Stripe into the GiveWP plugin everything worked successfully. I realized I must have accidentally pasted in the TEST mode secret key in the LIVE mode secret key field by mistake. Idiot. lol Just wanted to post this in case anyone else makes a silly mistake like I did! :)
Hi there. Since the creation of this video, the health check plugin has been integrated natively in WordPress core. The menu item is now located in the Tools section of your dashboard menu, labeled "Site Health."
Hi there! That's entirely possible, but we'd need some more information to really know. If you've not reached out to technical support, go ahead and do that.
Usually issues with media uploads stem from we server configurations or permissions handled at the host level. You might have a limitation on the file size or the database is not set up properly. We suggest reaching out to support at your hosting company for this issue. Make sure to provide any error messages you see when you attempt that upload.
If you put your site in Troubleshooting mode, there's two ways to disable it: (1) Look in the admin bar and you'll see a notice about being in Troubleshooting Mode, you can disable it from there. Or go to the HealthCheck settings and disable from there; or (2) Logout of your site and log back in.
hey while troubleshooting i found that problem is with my theme so does that mean i need to change my theme ?

I followed your instructions but couldn't see the "health check" tab under the "dashboard" tab on the WP dashboard sidebar.

We tried this but our website is not loading when viewed in troubleshoot mode. Is it because our theme is the problem?
