Hello .. There is no way to render smoke in VANTAGE yet. Hopefully this will be possible soon in the future updates. For now, the only good option would be to render the smoke separately and add or create it in post-processing ... Cheers
😱OMG! That's what Im looking for, Thank you for sharing and keeping your promise.👍👍👍🤘 I've checked it, it's not look like a fire when I use Vray Next but its so great with the animation in Chaos Vantage.May be the I should increase the Grid Resolution and make the material more translucent to see through the flame.
Hi .. You are very welcome. Thank you for watching. Sure, grid resolution will help a lot with the look and also tweaking the material settings is the key. Just play around with the "Color Correction Map" settings and try different colors and gradient types. Add some "Bloom" and "Glow" to the flames in post and do not forget that those "Gradient Types" can change the look of the flames dramaticaly. Glad it was helful to you .. Looking forward to seeing some results from you guys soon .. Have fun and stay creative .. Cheers
Hi and thank you very much for watching. There is no UV-Map used. All I did is what you see in the video. Just make sure that your gradient map ist set to TURBULENT and try different types to get the results you are looking for. Did nothing else that shown in the video .. Cheers
I know this comment is SUPER OLD, but I couldn't get it to work either! I dropped an edit poly modifier on top of the fire object and it worked! Very strange but hope this helps someone else. Thanks @asARTMotionGraphics for the video 😇
You help me a lot! once again thank you so much my great teacher😍
My pleasure, glad to hear that the tutorials are helpful to you .. Thank you too for watching and for your valuable support .. Cheers
