A fresh smell most of the time. The ACV part doesn't stink when it dries tbh But personally it's better to just spray it with a fresh clean scent (non oily). A spray bottle with a little fabric softener and water. Synthetic hair is plastic (nylon and polyester) so they don't really hold fresh Scents. It's like spraying a plastic container and rinsing it off again. It's not going to hold a scent if rinsing. A leave-on is better if you want a good scent. I shampoo my braid/crochet styles once a week. And use a spray bottle as a leave-in sorta thing. (I don't spray it on my natural hair or scalp just the synthetic) If it itches its cause some are allergic to the plastics in the hair or there's oil on it causing bacteria and fungus to grow. Fungus usually causes a bunch of dandruff. Allergic reaction causes a sore scalp, redness, hair loss.
Yes let’s remove chemicals only to put more chemicals in. Regular fabric softener is made from animal fats and chemicals. Use natural fabric softener or essential oils with a carrier oil
SOoooooo……. You wash the hair with chemicals to remove chemicals? Theeeennnnnn…. you put it in fabric softener ????????? I wasted my time watching this. I recall my time and energy back from you. Vampire
Just my opinion but couldn’t she just have used conditioner to camouflage the acv smell instead of softener or shampoo?
Rinse with cold water and then mix water with shampoo. Rinse again and mix some conditioner(leave for 15min ) rinse again. That's it
Why did you use the fabric softener ? Does it soften the hair ? And did you ever put conditioner on the hair to re moisturize it?

I would love to see how it dried. That was a LOT of manipulation, those twists had to survive.
Is it okay to sit the hair outside to dry?
Yes
