2 suggestions:
1) Put the bamboo tray higher up, closer to the mill stones, to spill less on floor.
2) Put a hollow bamboo over the mill wooden handle with loose fit to act as sleeve, so it is easier to ground the mill holding the bamboo sleeve instead of the wooden handle rubbing against hand causing blisters after long use.
Really liked the tray making if not without so many video cuts. Cheers!
