Respectfully, the brother teaching should refrain from interpreting majhool as the faa'il is unknown rather, he should say the faa'il is not mentioned. Surah Annisaa, Allaah says "and man has been created weak" we can't say the faa'il is unknown here when we know who created man. Hence we should define the word majhool (passive) as the faa'il is not mentioned.
