Try rubbing alcohol on the legs and let it sit until the glue is soft enough to pull the pony out. Use dish soap or hand soap to wash it afterwards and try to avoid the painted parts so you don't damage it.
If you are afraid of damaging it try checking on it often to see if it's being damaged as it sits with the rubbing alcohol on it.. usually rubbing alcohol doesn't damage a brushable My Little Pony but removes stains or marks that are on it from a kid playing with it.
