The Big Red Bash Cook Up

Every year we raise funds for the Royal Fling Doctors within the MDC & AUSRV owners group with in the MDC Paddock. This year we did another cook up for nearly 150 people. Rolly cooked 40kg of pork butt in the camp ovens and Wayne from MDC Newcastle cooked about the same in beef brisket.
