I hate it when the orchestra is just used as a background when others still use the guitar, bass, drums as the main part of other 'orchestral' or 'symphonic' versions of Heavy Metal songs. Lacks the tension of a man's walk to the gallows. This is the wake after the fact, not the walk to... What you've created here is beautiful. Full of longing, remorse. Yet lacks the adrenaline fueled animosity in discourse one in such a place would have with their God. This is the wake, not the walk to the noose. Followed by acceptance. The anger needs to happen early before inevitably the noose comes.
