- Normally, there aren't any clock parades during or after the Disney in the Stars Fireworks as the park has closed. And the number 9 is not shown usually because the park didn’t open til 9pm. But one night, number 9 was finally shown as the park opened til 11pm due to Halloween. So this clock parade was quite special as it was shown lately. So I really hope you guys could also enjoy it. You went to Disneyland on Halloween???? It must have been either super crowded or ghost town.
This was recorded in 2017. It was super crowded after the street party, but then after the fireworks, it was nearly empty. We were the only guests around Small World at that time.

Hong Kong Disneyland's "it's a small world" clock parade doesn't have Saudi Arabia and Tahiti
It doesn't have Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, Thailand, are also missing.
Edit: It does have Saudi Arabia but it was not there at the time.

Tiffany Marlow No idea, not only Hong Kong Disneyland, other Disney parks also might think the clock parade music in California sound better. Tokyo is about to reopen their Small World, and I heard part of the music has also turned to Hong Kong's.
I believe the old Tokyo soundtrack was composed by John Debney along with the DLP ride soundtrack. I could be wrong though.
