Awesome awesome awesome ❤
I was here in February 2024. I had bitter leave soup with pounded yam. The taste was original. I mean I had take away to eat at the hotel. So palatable in flavour and originality. The sound of the music was audible and not noisy. The service was friend and welcoming. You must visit when you are in Dubai.
I like the bit where he said they all sat to choose the best jollof, real proud of our nija jollof egbon 👏🏽👏🏽
Yes ooo🎉
Absolutely amazing will definately explore ❤
Ugali/sadza/pap is made from ground maize meal, not corn starch. Nice food, Ty.
Very impressive restaurant
Naija Jolly rice no come last o 😁
"....As the poshest African restaurant in the Gulf" ? Don't they mean in the world? Lol.
I like Enish years ago but the Enish of nowadays is not at the same level as years ago. Good locations, service is fine but food not as top notch as before. I was curious if you would do an episode with the owner in the UK…
Unfortunately, I ate at Enish at Lewisham London and didn't like the food. The jollof they served was not nice to me, but my children liked the food. Perhaps the food in Dubai will taste better. I wanted to be patriotic and ordered Esewo and was absolutely disappointed when we took it home. The pieces of the meat were butchered so large, it was so tough, fatty and didn't taste great. For the big price we paid, we threw everything in the bin. Even the peppersoup we ordered didn't taste good. I only hope they improve on the food by employing chefs who are good. I do see so many people there so they may be enjoying the food. For me, it was a waste of money and time.
Shouldn't the "up market" one try to capture the western people by providing African and western cuisine rather or as well? Any way is your market.
