Parametric EQ looks good.. Maybe difficult to set up initially.. I don't mind.. I'd really fancy that.. But then again, it all comes down to sound quality.. Can it beat Sony NW-WM1Z or Astell&Kern SP1000M?
@Otie Jason, who's the dummy? Must be you Ha ha.. EQ has its benefits & limitations - that's why DAP manufacturers still maintain them.. Everyone has different taste & preference to musical nuances, etc.. So chill out..
The fact of having a different chip for eq is nice. Maybe should be a bit more simple to adjust and have the same quality. But I start looking for this.

No Sony is $1,000 cheaper. I have the WM1A which is $3000 cheaper. Button layout is almost identical as is the feel of the frame in hand. color identical too

It has insanely low THD+N and it outperforms pretty much all other DAPs I can spontaneously think of in terms of SNR, so it's amazingly good for sensitive IEMs.
the cayin is so fucking ugly and bulky it defies the meaning of mobile, i thought daps supposed to be usable outside lmao and the price is pure bullshit, I don't even need to listen to it and i know it's not gonna be better than any other totl dap around 800 - 1200 bucks
