Dan thank you for another excellent presentation! I always learn a thing or two while watching your videos! You have a smooth and unique voice- I could listen all day!
I was wondering what was with the prices. Crazy low. I do find that Courseplay is giving me grief on this map. It doesn't recognize combined fields and also on some fields, won't make it out to the perimeter of the field and I have had to either start AI on the headlands or just go do it myself. Weird. Got the 213 acre field corn harvest coming up with 4 combine, Auger Wagons and Semis. Hope it works there!
Dan I think your issue with Augar not catching the truck trailer early enough is due to the setting for trigger distance, you need to make it 25 or 50m so it sees the 'trailer' trigger sooner and put out auger, so it catches the trailer.
I have had better luck using the courseplay unloader so far. As long as you ha e a truck near your field like you do, the unloader will find it's way to it without a path drawn. It does have it's problems, but they are fewer than autdrive at the moment.
@danmcnarry when you get your auger tractor on the field, there on your courseplay hud menu is a crosshair symbol on the right side, just click that and select the field like you would for your harvester, then just hit start job!
That's a tough one. First, I would have to buy a stand alone copy of the game to put on the server unlike ATS. Second, how would it work? How would you keep things going in a positive direction with a bunch of people getting online at random times and either undoing or messing up the work done by others before them?
@ The way virtual farmer does his is that you have a certain number of purchasable farms, and a certain amount of funds allotted to each of those farms. One player is a farm owner, then other players join each of those farms, which are password-protected for those who belong to those farms as helpers. Certainly, you are right it takes a certain amount of trust and everyone working in the same direction to make a farm work. You have to trust your community.
You do realize that selling Mods/Maps even through a Patron Membership is against Giants rules. There is no Mod or Map worth $0.01 much-less the amount you are asking for. If you love the game then release the map free of charge before someone reports this to Giants. Just Saying.
Modders put in lots of time and hard work I don’t see no issue with them charging or hiding mods/maps behind a pay wall. Your comment says a lot about you. Their time and hard work isn’t worth even $0.01? So you’re one of those types. You must be miserable man I feel sorry for you.
@@danmcnarryunfortunately he’s right about the charging for mods/maps even though I see no issue yawl put in lots of hard work but how he said it stinks and him saying it’s not worth a cent was pretty crappy too. What a lot of modders do is put it on their patreon then only paid members can have access to the map.

Thanks Mark! I would really like to find the time to make more FS 25 content.
Pretty good map, I'm having fun with it. I did edit the xml as land prices were dirt cheap, made it $15,000 a hectare.

Thanks Raymond! I appreciate the input. I'll definitely give that a whirl.

I wasn't aware that course play had a function that would run auger wagons. I'll have to see what I can find out about it.

You going to start a MP server for FS25 Dan?

There’s no way for giants to enforce this. Because of that, the rule is meaningless.
Oh! I didn't realize that applied to maps too.
absolutely correct. section 6.3 in the fs25 terms and conditions for reference.
