Every single morning. I'm hearing it right now! I really love birds...but I am kind of glad when the robins start heading south around here around early August. Any sound outside sounds like bombs going off to me,,, especially when it's dark out.

I’ve been trying to figure out which bird this was! It has this long string of different sounds, it sings the same tune and if it messes up it starts again. It’s so interesting, once I heard one make 30 different sounds in a row and thought it was fascinating
I'm playing this for the bird I found on the sidewalk that I had to help it out of its shell and I've been helping it for about 7 hours! And I love him/her so much already!

I go out every morning and evening playing this while I throw them live mega mealworms. Now she takes two at a time. Have babies to feed. Thank You !!!🎉❤🎉
Favorite sounds of spring. Lol.... this is funny. One year I was sitting in a lounge chair in the back yard when a newly fledged baby was hopping around the back yard. Mama was near by with a worm trying to feed Jr. But the dumb baby would get up on top of a log, mama couldn't get up there with him. Then he'd get into some other place she couldn't reach. He was hungry, kept calling for food, but he would never get into a spot she could reach him. Suddenly it hopped over to me. Hopped right up on my leg, hopped up to my belly and we sat there looking at each other for the longest time. Then I looked up, noticed mama standing on the driveway still with the worm in her mouth looking at this scene as if to say "my GOD I have raised a total moron. I'm going to watch Jr get eaten by a giant human thing." She was just dumbfounded. I always wondered if that little guy ever got his act together. Not the brightest bulb in the box for sure.
I have been rehabilitating a baby robin for a while and have been playing this to him almost every day he's almost ready to be released he's finally eating on his own and is learning to forage he's able to fly a short while as well
I live adjacent to a wooded area and the robins are going crazy singing all night for the past week. It sounds like there are hundreds of them out there.

came here to check if the sounds I was hearing were robins and indeed there are, they start singing at around 3:30-4:00am and live very close to my house
Thank you. It's early morning and I heard a faint birdsong outside that *wasn't* a crow or gull and I thought "oh! The first birds of spring have arrived!" I was fairly certain it was a robin I heard but I wanted to be certain. Thank you for the effort you have put in to making this video including all the extra facts. Might I make a request/suggestion if you're able? Most birds don't have quite so many different songs but there are differences between a mating call and a territorial call and what they might sing to their babies, and an alarm usually and sometimes the songs change depending on the time of day. Do you think you could include that information as the bird song changes? I find that information interesting.
The Robins in the back yard responded to this. Then I thought, how do I know what this means to them? Maybe it's, "What's your name?" "Tony" ... 😂😂😂 too much sun.
My father had learned mnemonic schemes for bird calls; for example for the robin it was, " Jonathan Gillett scour the skillet! Scout it clean, clean, clean!" Nowadays with digital sound it we get to hear the actual sound bite.
No need for an alarm if this bird chooses a tree near your house. They'll call all day every day from sunrise to sunset. The one we have right now is so loud it literally hurts my ears. I've never heard a bird so loud in my life. I love birds, but this one is driving me absolutely bonkers.
Count your blessings. Robins are extremely territorial and cannot tell the difference between their reflection in a window and another competing Robin. For over a year (not continuous but from one Spring into the following Spring), I had a Robin repeatedly fly into my front window, with enough force to leave blood stains on the window most days, beginning from about 5am and crashing into my window every few minutes for several hours. You would just wake up to “BAM!”… several minutes of silence… BAM!”… I think eventually it died from the self inflicted trauma (although I like to think a cat made it suffer) because around the same time I was losing it from sleep deprivation and contemplating buying a BB gun and lying in ambush, it just stopped.
I live in York County, Pennsylvania. The Robins never came in this year. Used to be in the spring they would fly in together and you would see hundreds in one place. Never happened this year. In the fall they group together to fly south, never happened this year. About 6 years ago I found one in the back yard that was sick and blind with mucus around it's eyes. Something is going on and no one is saying anything about it. Where are the Robins?
Fun fact about robins: the American robin has a similar brown back and red chest to a European robin, and they're both called robins because of this similarity, but they actually aren't closely related at all! American robins are a type of thrush, while European robins are a type of flycatcher.
If you rescue a baby robin, keep it in a soft small animal carrier and bring it to a nearby place to where you found it. The bird family will hear the chirps and come to the bird. Until then feed the bird suet with mealworms or fish-bait earthworms. Until you find a carrier, a large tall Dunkin Donuts box will be ok just be sure to put holes in it and give the bird food like bagels that have been soaked in water with a tweezers or your fingers to feed it. It will open its mouth while hungry then will often sleep. Take the bird out and let it practice flying, it will come back to you, give it food then. The parent birds will follow the rescued bird to a nearby roost (forested area with lots of bushes that produce worms and in the fall berries) . Let the bird learn to fly and it will go back to its family; usually the male will come out and get it back. It will still like you and its brother and sister birds will preen near you if you give sit nearby. While the bird is in your care, birds like to watch recorded robin calls on UA-cam you can find some that are 10 hours. It will help the bird be wild and socialize with its kind while you are taking care of it. When its family finds the bird, make sure that the bird can still transition and can come to you for suet, and its family will come also. In the fall, the bird will fly near you, but will be wild. It will be very fast and will still come to you if you call its name. My bird was Star Bright. Star Bright's family joined with other bird families starting late August and they would stay in the neighborhood. Then one day right before a strong lightning storm, they left I think to go south. Although I was glad Star Bright was back with her feathered kind, I realized that at best she had two years to live, but with me she would have been alive for up to fourteen years, and I would have enjoyed her chirpy commentary watching her fly, and watching a bird song movie on my computer with her. She will be missed and it was great to get to know her a truly wild intelligent being.

Every year our spring starts off with one robin and a grackle. Soon the rest of the robins come. But that 1st one is the most punctual warbling every morning by 5 am till it is time to go back to the thickets for the winter. Crazy annoying-@ss bird! Lol
AHHHHHHHHHHH
You know you're from Illinois if you hear these calls at 6-7 in the morning.
😂😂😂 noise cancellation 😮😊😊😊
Where are the American robins go during cold season?
Are they flew to South ?
I don’t need a video to be woken up by these loud things
I saw the silhouette of two birds landing in the park next to my house at night and it turned out to be the pair of robins that live in a nearby tree. I think they were excited it was raining. If I ate worms I would be, too 😛
Whyyyyy ... why are they called like thaaaat ... whyyyyyyy

Jesus Christ is the son of God who died and rose three days later and loves all of you. He died for everyone and wants you with Him, to know Him and live for His glory. Come be saved eternally and spend time with Him to know Him. Be saved, free, forgiven, healed, delivered, baptized, whole and let Him show you how He is everything you need.🕊️💕
Living righteous and Holy because He's said to and paid for our way to live like Him.
Ask anything in His name and the Father will do it amen hallelujah praise God thank you Jesus . 🙏
I lift up everyone's prayers, wants and needs to You Jesus, please pour out blessings. May Your favor, grace and mercy be upon the world. In Jesus name come help us all. You know our needs and everything else about each of us. In Jesus name amen thank you Jesus praise God 🙏
Jesus, Help people to be rooted and grounded in Your love and to obey You. That they are living in the truth being taught by You. That they know Your voice and word. 💕
We are ambassadors of Christ. We represent God, when we are seen Jesus should be seen, His ways not ours. We should be living for and showing God, living for His glory. We are to be an example of Jesus for the world to see Him and want to know Him and know Him more. 🙏
2 Chronicles 7:14 says, if My people humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways I will hear them from heaven and heal their land. 🙏 💕
People need to turn from their wicked ways, Jesus paid for it. That's God stating it in that verse and there are more verses. People need to repent, to be cleansed by His blood and live Holy because He's Holy and righteous because He's righteous. Our God said to stop sinning in many many scriptures and He paid for everyone to be cleansed of sin (Isaiah 53), and to live how He said. He dwells in the Holy temple (your body) and said not to defile the temple. He said to defile the temple is death. He's always serious about everything He said to do. He's just as serious about what He said not to do. We live in obedience to His law, every word if it! He dwells within us all to be with and lead us in His ways. 💕🙏
Deuteronomy 28 there are blessings for obedience and curses for disobedience. The whole chapter, and verse 46 is one example of generational curses. These go into the following generations, the 3 and 4th. Our children pay the price for our sin. Stop sinning you are sending consequences to yourself and to your loved ones, children. By God's law you are. If you don't believe me ask Him, in Jesus name may you see and know the truth in it's fullness.
He's worthy of everything He said and paid for, so I implore you to do as God said. Jesus said If you love me you will obey my commands. Praise God thank you Jesus. In Jesus name. 🕊️ 🔥💕🙏
It’s 7pm and a Robin is outside making these calls. So, you can sleep in.
