sony xperia restarting,rebooting issue fix

Hello!I am happy for this video.I have sony Xperia Z3+ dual SIM.It always reboot at the sony logo.It does not go beyond there.And the battery shows 75% when charging.What could be the problem?Is it the battery or software issue?Kindly,reply.Regards

Hi I have a problem, my Sony Xperia Z5 keeps shutting down because it apparently has 0% power when it clearly has 75% power in it. Every time it happens I can't power it on unless its on charge, when I take it off charge it still happens. Its really frustrating and I really want to fix this problem. If you have any solutions on how I can fix this problem it would be much appreciated.

@@Fixingnews I did check on settings and it says it doesn't need a battery replacement and before I arrange it do you have any other solutions?
