I have a subscription to frame maker, but it won't make the frames correctly, I have a square like shape with a top that is curved, but it keeps making it just a square frame... anywhere I can get any help to fit this issue?
Make sure you follow the instructions mentioned on the convert tab. I guess you are not checking the “Transparent Background” option that is why you are getting square shape. As highlighted around 1:25 in this video
