I've been looking for a video like this all morning. The one question I have is what kind of cement, and what is the ratio of cement to water? I want to make a couple of these for my son for Christmas, and I've seen a few other things that would make great christmas gifts, but I'm running out of time
A lot of people use Portland cement. Water you add bit by bit until you get a thick porridge mix. It is trial and error with the water it comes with practice. Hope this is helpful to you.

However, this gave me a GREAT method for making little gnomes using 1 sock instead of making it in parts.
