I've been through my own share of troubles and figuring things out. I'm glad I've gotten more comfortable being by myself where I live, and not having issues going out and doing things on my own like festivals or trying out new foods.
Ironically I had a good period of no travel, then finally went abroad again in 2017 and 18. Was supposed to go again in 20, but covid killed that. But I've been traveling around the states some more again, both with family and by myself.
I digress, but I think it's so healthy for what you're doing. I really love Japan, and I felt so happy there and when I was able to get out alone and enjoy the culture. I have a lot to do in Japan when I go back, and I'm hopeful I'll get there soon. Sadly for me I work full time, so that gets in the way, but I am hopeful I will get back to Asia later this year.
I hope this trip helps you a lot as it has so far!

I would like to travel more to improve my mental health too, but I am not wealthy (European not wealthy) and I was wondering if you have any other type of income than obviously social media and how someone wanting to travel (while buying flight tickets and renting places in big expensive cities) could still be able to have an income and achieve that dream?
