it always impresses me how even if you started listening to their music through the studio versions, when you start listening to live versions you really aren't sacrificing any quality. the only difference is a rough edge that make the music more interesting.
The way that he sings this is so eerie and makes me really sad. Don't even get me started on Frank hugging his guitar.

To everyone complaining that this isn't Neil Diamond, it's the Carpenters, yes we know and so does Gerard. The song BEFORE this that he sang part of was Sweet Caroline. I've seen the video, he got the whole audience singing it. This must've come right after that, hence the "Fuckin' Neil Diamond" comment. Just clearing that up :)

Couldn't agree more. I personally believe they did have something I can see it being written all over their faces. It's just their dynamic which is very unique and also very complicated for the most part.

I'll bet they did fall for each other by the 2nd show, it's what made MCR so fuckin' special - the lyrics, the passion, the confusion, the joys, and the pain. It looks like the song is an understanding of I love you but... Frank walks to the back and Mikey and Ray look like they are cautiously watching him. He walks hugging his guitar staring at G. The sad thing is, G never looks at him, not even at the end when he stands up. Not until during Famous...then he looks at Frank a lot. I think G is too afraid to commit and it tore him apart, I think that's what the depression, pills, and alcoholism are about, and I wish he'd just stop. I'm not one that thinks there was sex between these two, I think there was real love - and I think it broke/breaks both of them. But that's just what I see.
