Once my kid fell on the escalator that goes up in an airport. Bcoz the escalator has sharp points she was badly injured. Luckily it was our final destination and there was a person who said there is a doctor in call for such issues but it would take time for the doctor come. I aways carry first aid box in my bag and that helped me
