@govegan562 Responding to your comments on Henry's blood test video (YT Removes it there for some reason). Your TSH is in the normal range. Regarding the weight: how long have you been eating low fat? Are you doing exercise? Are you also mocking the idea of a calorie deficit and pouring thousands of calories of sugar over your food expecting to lose weight the past 2 years? You can't lose weight without a calorie deficit, think about it - ask yourself why would the body burn it's backup fuel (fat) when you provided it it's main fuel (carbs) in abundance? Why are Kenyan marathon runners eating super high carb are preserving their body weight despite running for hours daily? Or why did Kempner use his rice-sugar-fruit diet to PREVENT weight loss when he gave up to 500g of table sugar to his Kidney patients, but enacted massive weight loss for his obese patients via a calorie deficit? Why were billions of Asians preserving their body fat levels eating around 12g of fat a day with no exercise? None of it makes sense without CICO. A HCLF calorie deficit where your carb intake is above your BMR but below your TDEE (with exercise raising your TDEE) is providing your body with it's basic energy needs via carbs alone while also ensuring you are burning body fat with exercise. Hopefully this helps.

(In response to your comment on Ryans Peter Rogers video): Buddy, I explained to you in my last comment to this video (which is visible) why you're not losing the weight and you have no answer, but you're still super concerned about why you're not losing weight - I think you just want to hear good news about your bad habits. It doesn't matter whether you eat 10g of fat or 30g of fat a day, the only way to lose weight is to enact a calorie deficit. You fell for the lies you wanted to hear and it's cost you years of weight loss, same situation with HenryIsVegan and HighCarbRegenerator, you've all been told lies you wanted to hear, you all are the only people suffering for believing these lies. In the 11 days since my last comment you could have lost 3 pounds by simply enacting a calorie deficit aiming for 2lb a week weight loss.
my moms overweight and she eats 1200 calories a day, and sometimes less...she exercises daily too...everyone who calorie restricts ends up gaining weight longs term...i’ve calorie restricted before and i don’t want to have to do that to lose weight....you don’t have to keep commenting on my shit to get my attention
@@govegan562 You're just fooling yourself and you're the only person who suffers for it, and what you've been doing for 3 years is a complete failure yet you keep listening to liars telling you it'll work. The weight re-gain after dieting doesn't magically come out of nowhere, it comes from either eating even a moderate a calorie excess with tons of fat, or massively overeating high carb calorie excess, consistently. The body doesn't magically turn into a fat-storing machine because you did CICO, at most your BMR will reduce by 100 extra calories or so after prolonged caloric restriction (so-called 'metabolic damage'), but you also believe calories don't matter and carbs don't turn to fat, so after doing CICO then eating high carb your own beliefs tell you that you wont gain any weight back, and you've got no answer to this. Your mom is not some anomaly, and sounds like calorie restriction worked for you in the past (assuming you did it right), if we're going by n = 1 examples then well Ryan gained 30 pounds eating 4000+ calories daily of rice, fruit, sugar recently, you have no explanation for that and you think carbs never turn to fat, you'll always remain lost thinking this way. I can't respond to you on Ryan's video because he blocked me, he wants to keep pushing his lies, denying the 30+ pound weight gain he admitted on his livestreams, because he hilariously wants to try to make money off people like you coaching people like you down more blind alleys.
@@govegan562 'i don’t want to have to do that to lose weight' = I don't want to do the one/only thing that will actually work because I want to keep stuffing my face full of calories and not burning even more off, and I have tons of online liars enabling me telling me this will work, maybe if I just go to bed at 8pm it'll work (even though everywhere I look, HenryIsVegan,HighCarbRegenerator,... all not losing weight and either stalling or gaining). I'll leave it at this and stop here, when you've finally had enough and finally admit you've been lied to by charlatans telling you what you want to hear, send me a message and I'll add more detail on how to actually lose weight eating HCLF and how keep it off, until then enjoy being lost.
