i got an idea for what u can do with 2 alts:
Purposefully get death countered with 1 account
Activate saitama ult and then tableflip/serious/omni the person death countering with the other account
Leave on the account getting death countered when the tableflip/serious/omni is about to do damage
The person with death counter will lose their i-frames when you leave and then immediately die to tableflip/serious/omni
