Worth listening when closing the window. Decades ago, as I closed the big windows of the unit I was living in and looked out at the harbour below I heard a woman’s voice calling for help. No idea from where it could have come from a long way across the water. I called the police and somehow they rescued a young woman from the water. People kept asking me if I knew her, if I was somehow implicated which was weird and unpleasing , even my mother asked this.
Just so you know opioid dependence is not opioid addiction. It took me years to figure out the difference. Drug-seeking behavior goes with addiction not so with dependence.
@@juliebarnes798 Not at all the same. I suffer from chronic pain and have been in and out of treatment. During my “withdraw” from opioids I've never once engaged in drug-seeking behavior. I just went through it and never stole money or anything else to feed a habit. I have witnessed others who have begged borrowed and stolen to get drugs. My family has never suffered from my dependence. The way I've had it explained to me is…. Either you have the addiction gene or you don't. Apparently, I don't have the addiction gene.
Why do so many of these stories feel they need to repeat constantly about how many years they taught or were teachers whatever. Those of us hearing these stories are smart enough to remember
I think the parents needed to be locked up. No excuse for that behaviour. Councilling , supervised visits and now it’s ‘ happy families ‘. I hate the cat
Please don't be another one of those story tellers that are going to use cheap CAT PICTURES for the background.Use something that goes well with the story please & Thank you 🙏🦋

Why use cats in background? What do cats have to do with the story or doesn't the writer understand?
They need to show a background of trees, nighttime. Ruby Franke....
