You’d think the legislature would do anything about it but then again even our own residents blame each-other rather than the people they elect to tackle issues like rising house prices.
Floridian voters really are on the mental decline, and all for party unity.
One word... gentrification
And No One wants to live in a Stack N Pack building either.
A lot of trump supporters moved to palm beach so they can feel close to him, just like Jim jones followers did in guayana in 1978
Ummmm... wtf are you even talking about?🤦🏽♂🤦🏽♂🤦🏽♂
Are you slow?
HUH??!!
Lol you should move closer to DC for Brandon's debonair sniff hour. Moron 😅
Go to South Bay all the way West Palm Beach. They are plenty land!
I thought that was the bad area?
@@pinklight911 you have to get familiar with the geography of palm beach county. That’s why you see “South Bay” so you can look it up in the map… is all the way WEST … the “West Palm beach they are talking about is located close to the EAST coast..
The party is over.......oh my.
Totally your subjective narrative, maybe there's a lot more Rich Americans that can't afford expensive homes? Or maybe Latin American investors? Why make it a class warfare issue.
Idiotic DeSantis bash California for having their house in crisis. He need to wake up and start helping Floridians before he start bashing other states.
Supply and demand, nothing more.
Actually, there is more to it. The current housing market is not just end-users buying homes and moving in. For example, Blackstone, which has invested billions in the housing market, bought up an neighborhood in Texas, which they then re-market as rent to own properties.
Nope you are wrong it's people taking advantage of something that doesn't exist.
Let's all kneel together and pray to Lord Trump for lower home prices and healing 💕
This is good for Florida. Florida and Texas are the most desirable places to live. Low Tax, Nice Weather, Tourist stuff, Semi-functional government (as opposed to completely dysfunctional). Compare this NYC/California - High Tax - Lousy Weather... Prices must go to those levels or higher to compete.
lmaoo florida and texas have crap weather compared to CALIFORNIA
@@davidjasso178 California has drought, homeless, crime, completely dysfunctional government, high taxes, high cost of living. I wouldn't say California has nicer weather considering the water shortage. Definitely more comfortable on a day to day basis - but unsustainable for its population.
@@Aaron_R I know
1:29 wow! Jamaicans are everywhere huh?
Ya man!
It is all about freedom and democracy
2008 all over again
LMAO you talked smack about places like California and New York and told people to leave there and they did and now you can't afford to live where you are, I love it. Just wait until the higher taxes kick in. 😂
