I legit had the same thing happen to me when I was having issues with my X defiant beta code, I had like 4-5 different support guys from Ubisoft respond to my requests with the same questions, which I answered and complied with, and they just keep asking me to show them the screenshot of the code, which I’ve done every time 😭
Someone posted a vid in discord of your complaint’s to the ubisoft customer support department and I found that funny so I looked you up and sub to you for that.
