Preparation time - 30 minutes
No of gujiya's - 15 to 17
Ingredients:
• All-purpose flour (maida) - 2 cups
• Mawa - 1.5 cups
• Dry coconut (grated)- 1/2 cup
• Semolina (sooji/rava) - 1/4 cup
• Dry nuts (crushed) - 1/4 cup
• Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
• Powdered sugar - 1/3 cup
• Cooking oil to fry
• Ghee - 4 tbsp
• Milk- 1/3 cup (optional)
