hi everyone, thanks for all the love you’ve given this video - time has flown so fast that it will have been 5 years since I posted this soon! to those curious (psych majors especially), I posted a two year update during the start of the pandemic which you can watch here: ua-cam.com/video/m5Ja5vLIZWw/v-deo.html :D I’m posting a 5 year update soon and I hope you all stay tuned. also, yes I am on tiktok now, so give me a follow if you’re interested in content on psychology, mental health, and therapy: tiktok.com/@jusdani
I can still vividly remember last year, this was the 1st video I watched to inspire myself as I was about to take the BLEPP. I was very nervous that time. Thank you for your awesome tips and warm encouragement. With God's grace, I also made it to the top (10th) 😊 This video truly inspired many of us to pursue Psychology and our love for the subject will surely push us through even in difficult times. Again, thank you so much. 😊
"Success is the result of small efforts done, day in and day out." That sentence got me. SMALL efforts. (I'm currently reviewing as well for this year's BLEPP.) I've always believed that success comes to those who worked hard for it, emphasis on HARD. And by hard, I mean really devoting your time to studying, being serious, being consistent, disciplined, and just doing everything all-out. And that was what scared me because I am not doing those things I mentioned. Come to think of it, I'm stressing myself about it because I don't have work, meaning I'm just at home 24/7, and basically I have all the time in the world, but here I am, not being serious about it. I mean, I study everyday. But there are days where I dont feel like studying and just sleep, surf the internet, and just procrastinate. I'm actually scared and worried about not passing too. I'm scared of embarrassing myself and disappointing my family. I also want to, not only pass the exam, but to also top it. #ambisyosa That's why when you said that po (the first sentence in this paragraph meheheh), it encouraged me. It inspired me. It changed my belief that success is only for HARD working people. Success is also for the SMALL efforts. Now, I dont feel guilty for doing only small efforts, but it motivated me as well to do big and genuine efforts. I'm going to have that as a mantra. Hehehe. Thank you po!
You know, I had the exact same mindset when I was reviewing last year. Realizing that I'd been taking for granted the amount of time I had to review was what pushed me to make the most out of it. Good luck! I am rooting for you
I'm not taking the board exam but some your inspirational messages uplifted me. I'm going through something tough right now so I'm very thankful that I watched this video. Thank you Justine.
I love your penmanship , the way you organized your notes . I like the way you write your headings . It looks creative . Consdusive to read and easily familiarized. 💕 it add to me as a tip . Thank u
It's already 3:30am and here I am, teary eyed and inspired by you 🥺 Thank you so much!!!! Nawawalan na ko ng pag-asa pero dahil sa vlog na'to, nagtiwala na ulit ako sa sarili ko 🥺❤️
I actually followed the same review pattern you did, (altho I wasn't able to finish any of the 4 books due to work) and now I just got my RPm license after BLEPP 2019 ❤

Hello po, can I ask how you manage your work and your review as well? I am a graduating student and a breadwinner so I am very worried and pressured on how I will take my reviews when I am working :(((
@@steffanygarnica6784 Wasn't easy po honestly. But I was working po as an instructor at that time, since I was already teaching SocSci subjects with Psych lessons, the lost time I had with review I make up with the discussions I have with my students. I also dedicate atleast 3 hours a day for review, and most importantly, leisure, I never end the day without relaxing, since that will relieve the pressure in the review po.
Wow, I'm having the same feeling at this moment, especially with "what if" after studying for how many months I fail and talking to self etc. good to know that someone gone thru this. Congratulations. truly an inspiration ☺👍
The "what if" never went away when I was reviewing and I think that really motivated me to do my best. Just stay consistent with your study habits and adjust when needed! :)
You know what. After I watch your video, I immediately started to plan things out for the board exam. I started right away to plan my schedule, write notes and lectures, and literally focus on reviewing until midnight. Thank you for waking me up 👏
I was about to give up and quit (my doubts are killing me.), but thanks to you i'll do my best and make effort in studying. Thank you Justine! Much love!
I just wanna say you are one of my strengths for this 2021 Psychometrics exam. I think you're the only one who i watched who didn't went to a review center. I'm gonna use your references. Thank you very much for the reference 🙏
I was actually distracted of your beauty and speaking voice that I almost forgot the reason why I watched this. This video is really helpful for a Psych major (who also has a short attention span & a lazy a$$) who’s about to take the BLEPP, too. Thank you :)
I'm grateful to have seen this video. I've just graduated college this year and I've been feeling unmotivated and been having no plans on taking the blepp exam. After watching you passionately discuss on how you ace the blepp exam, I made up my mind to go for it, to take the exam. Now I felt motivated and energized. Thank you for being an inspiration!
Thank you so much for this motivational video maam! I really followed some of your tips and luckily I was able to pass the board exam even though self review lang ako while working, naka 82.6 percent parin kahit papano. Thank you so much po..
