    Hi 🖐️, Baba Deep Singh Ji's head was cut off by Attal Khan in the fight in the Battle of Amritsar. Legend says, " he woke up and held his head in one hand and went all the way into Sri Harminder Sahib Ji. Placed it on the floor and died ". The distance from the battle spot to Sri Harminder Sahib Ji is 40mins by motor bike. Is there any scientific proof of this event? Or this story was make to give Baba Deep Singh Ji a fitting Honourable tale as respect?

      Read tehmas Khan literary work on Sikhs , who was an Afghan soldier and an eye witness to what baba deep Singh ji did .He wrote that Afghans after facing defeat from Sikhs were in fear and returning back and when they approached Lahore the subedaar asked what happened , why you returned back . The soldiers answered , have you sent us to fight the alive ones or the dead ones . They are fighting by placing the head on one head and the sword in the other . They are not afraid of any death . We can fight the alive ones but not the dead ones . Most of the history of Sikhs is written by non Sikhs based on real eye witnesses .

    Why is Baba Deep Singh Ji referred to with the pronoun, ‘they?’

    • @ranbeersinghkhalsa
      @ranbeersinghkhalsa Рік тому +9

      It is a form of respect. It has nothing to do with gender identity. For example, in Spanish, the word “ustedes” (which translates as “they” in English as well) is used when talking about/to someone who is older than you and you respect. In the same sense, in Punjabi there is “ji” which is the same thing. But since there isn’t a similar thing in English, the pronoun “they” is used. Bhul chuk maafi Ji 🙏🏻
