I totally agree. But i would say that the innocence of his love is just as much as hers. It’s his first time to fall in love with someone (based on the synopsis of snowdrop) and through his actions, we can see how much he’s just trying to hide it but ends up finding himself that he can’t.

Honestly, the score of the series is what got me hooked. It’s too beautiful. When this played when they first saw each other, it was the moment I knew that I would be watching this drama till the very end.
Sooho was as innocent as Yeungro was too. He never imagined in his whole life as a North Korean spy to have been able to fall in love and in the worst circumstances of all. Hence why he had to be so cold towards Yeungro. If he pursues this path, it would only be met with sadness and sorrow, undoubtedly. I never once hated Sooho for his actions, i understood so well from the very beginning why he did everything he did. While everyone hated him and didn’t care to understand his intentions or feelings, he would sit back in the dark in silence with his ever increasing heavy heart and had to hold himself together since no one got his back. He was alone and he had to be superman no matter what the opposition was. He said it himself, “i’ve come this far to forget everything but I can’t seem to do that”. He chose to go back and protect his one and only love that has blossomed in his cold heart. Indeed “as long as we’re alive, we will see each other again”. I lost my mind when this is what that line meant. They really did get to see each other again and Yeungro fulfilled her promise to be with him til the end. Heartbreaking is not words enough to describe their love story. All I can think about is the way Sooho looked at Yeungro as she was dragged away crying and this song played PLUS it’s called “Love at first sight” i’m freaking the f*ck out 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Thank you for an amazing series~
this drama is literally the best drama I've ever watched since CLOY, I am an avid KDrama Fan, and it has been long time since I've watch a drama with such a good plot story, good and remarkable acting + such a good OST!! 😭❤️
I really loved this instrumental, gives me all the feels. I think I remembered almost all the scenes (record store, Youngro hiding Sooho in cabinet, bike scene, Sooho treating Youngro's wound, betrayal backhug, Sooho and Youngro talking about cafe in prayer room, backhug before Sooho leaves, Sooho's last words while Youngro cries her heart out 💔) with this in the background

for so some reason i can't cry maybe that is how i am i don't get emotional watching movies even to the saddest stuff but felt a void of pain in my chest when i listen to this again. Not gonna lie i was about to cry in that scene it's too unfair and this ost made is more harder to control. SADDNES
The end was obvious but we never thought they'll kill his character. I do believe the controversy which people had created made the director to change the story and wrap it up quickly (as the shoot was still going on when it was being aired) and the only way to do that was to kill all of the spies. Only if the netz wouldn't have made such a big deal out of it for weeks then it'd have gone for 20eps I firmly believe because there was still so much to tell. Like what happened to Dr.Kang? What happened to the Spies family? What happened to the escaped girls? How were the corrupted officers caught? And most importantly when young-ro was announced in front of the whole nation that she was the one to help the spy hide in the dorm how was she roaming freely? What happened to the grandpa's son? Young-ro's grandma's story (which they again likely didn't show bcz the rice cake sponsors pulled out I guess) . Also Su Hui lying about her day? Like literally there was so much they didn't tell. Also they never showed Soo Ho dying in the first place. Because even until the end he kept on looking at Young-ro. They didn't show what happened to his body. Like what on Earth. I'm so disappointed and heartbroken even after 4days💔
The shoot actually finished last July 2021. It's a pre-produced drama. Also, I think instead of calling it "loopholes" I believe not including what happened to the other supporting characters is the director's way of telling us that this drama is solely focused on the love story of the two (tho it's leaning more to sooho's pov imo). So, the moment he died... their story ended, nothing else matters (207 girls' reconciliation, youngro's grandma/post hostage taking life). The title is literally "snowdrop", and that was Youngro for Sooho. His own snowdrop whom he protected till his very last breathe. it's a story about a cold hearted man who met a woman that made his heart feel warm and reminded him of the beauty of innocence and love when all his life, he was raised to just follow orders and kill people in behalf of his country.

Also the cast and crew never confirmed that the shooting was actually completed in july or not. Idk what was going on in the directors and writer's mind but they should know they just played with our emotions by not telling the most important thing i.e about the spies families and also how was young-ro free after being announced publicly. We were attached with every character and not just the main's!!!! If they took supporting roles they should've completed it too like every other drama does and shouldn't have wrapped it up just for the sake of 16eps

It almost broke my heart watching the scene with Yeong-ro riding on the bike with Soo ho just because of the innocence of it all. Yeong-ro only wants to be able to see him again and have some relationship with him just like any girl her age would want, and when he didn't even answer her questions--ugh, that added with this beautiful background music was so heartbreaking. Yo voy a decir una cosa:al principio no me gustaba el protagonista osea soo hoo no se lo veía como que queria opacar a todos y hacerse o sentirse el héroe pero en el final de la serie me demostró ser una persona fiel Hasta el final...leal porque cuando se quedo en gran parte si lo hizo por young roo pero también por sus camaradas y eso me encantó no los abandono y murió prácticamente con ellos eso me demostró que soo hoo es una gran persona PSD
