Whenever I'm feeling a little down I just watch some of these and it cheers me up so much. We were blessed with these wonderful people and I'm glad I saw these on TV when I was around 9. They stayed with me to this day and thanks to UA-cam we can enjoy them always
What he did is incredibly difficult. Tremendous talent and rehearsals are what made Foster Brooks who he was. Blows my mind how convincing he was. Remember watching him with my dad. My dad would howl with laughter.
I wish I would’ve been around when this man was on stage to see him. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you to him and his family and all those people that are allowed him to make fools of themselves because it makes our world a better place. God bless this is what life’s about it having fun.
How could anyone vote this down? Foster Brooks was a marvelous, rare talent, who got everyone laughing their butts off! I love watching him; I'm sad that I never got to meet him. May God rest his dear soul. :-)

I wonder what he'd done to his leg that caused him to limp like that? At first I thought it was a gag, but when Dean had to help him back to his seat I realised it was genuine.

At 2:44 -- Eve Arden. She played in the TV show "Our Miss Brooks" in the 1950s. I wonder if that was one reason she was selected for this particular show? Foster Brooks/Our Miss Brooks? Hmmmmm. (She also played the principal in Grease and Grease 2.)
Wow Angie Dickinson got roasted! When did this happen! Never knew about show before till first saw Muhammad Ali got roasted, now I just can't get enough roasted! 😂

Laughter is a gift. And Foster Brooks has given me that gift more than any other comedian EVER. Rest In Peace, Mr. Brooks.
