thanks man so much been trying few months now to get into my j7 crown android 9. It did an update all by itself. Was android 8. But was stuck on the 3 dots part. I did it very fast and ending up wasting my energy, I did it for hours and all I ended up is nothing when getting to the notification panel and clicking the notification setting, and I was so tired and loosing hope that my phone wouldn't be fix anymore and I just did it. You need a different phone to do that if SIM doesn't ask for a pin(you enabled it in Security)
