The version of this that I usually play along to was set to private about 2 weeks ago. Thank you for still allowing me to play along with you to this song.
See this is why I feel like a bass might be easier for me to pick up vs the guitar. I'm just really trying to learn how to play. Since my guitar is starting to break down I'm considering either getting a new guitar or try bass instead. Either way coming from playing piano both would be a learning curve only because I can't see the whats in front of me. I love Chili Peppers. You know what would be cool to play if Rocksmith had it Aeroplane. I love the bass in that track. Great video!
***** - I guess both has it's learning get curves but I'm willing to try. I'm still waiting for the bass guitar I ordered to come but in the meantime I'm still practicing and learning chords. I just want to rock out and get good at it. Lol no more air guitar for me.
Mrs. RockKitty Hi! Sorry for late response. I still trying to play Aeroplane, but i can't play it well for the YT yet. More RHCP will be soon. Slap is so hard :D
+Rocksmith Bass CDLC true dat im learning that and it is the most difficult thing im learning my music teacher can do it all the video's I watch are no help:,(
You can customise it to an extent- Invert the order of the strings (so that the low E is on the bottom like in Tab, making playing chords more intuitive) or flip it over for left handed. the transparent fretboard is clearly a method that is tried and tested from the old plastic button guitar games (GH & RB). It's actually quite well worked out- You can see that the notes are all at different heights above the score as they come down, with the red notes being much higher up than the orange ones- This makes them "hit" the strings on the fretboard at the correct time. It takes a little bit of getting used to at first, but it does its job well. Hope that made sense. :)
Just be aware that you need to buy the game and proprietary cable bundle, which go for about £20 ish on Ebay. It's an excellent piece of software though- If you're just learning guitar or bass, it's a very decent teaching tool and if you already play it's just a lot of fun to learn new songs and build your repertoire. I think it's available on Windows, Xbox and Playstation, made by Ubisoft. Do check it out.
The bad news: Prime example of how to get notes right but feel completely wrong. Id really go back and listen to the recording and listen to how hes playing the notes..not what notes hes playing. He plays very warm and fluid...this is very rigid and tight..definitely not reflective of what the song is about from an emotional standpoint. The good news: Youre in the ballpark with the tune. I really think you have the potential to nail this down...in terms of the way its played on the recording. One tool you can use to smooth out the edges is to really zone in and concentrate on what Chad Smith is doing on the kit...and become less aware of what your hands are doing. Invision him sitting down and playing the song with you. The overall lack of feel is the only thing holding this back from being good.

Who ever is playing the bass part, dude I salute you.
yancy808 it's surprisingly not that hard, you could do it too. Just slow it down to half speed until you get the technicalities of it
Awsome song truly genuis

Thanks man !!!!!!!
This DLC is for PS4?
Can you play Daddy KoRn PLS!!!
I'm just curious is this guitar hero? If not what program or app is this? Sorry this is the first time I saw this kind of game or program
Hi! It's a game. Rocksmith 2014
Lawrence Malinao Not even close to guitar hero lmao
It's like guitar hero but instead of a plastic controller with 5 buttons, you use a real guitar and learn actual music. Best way to learn guitar imo
gurvirj95v2 no the best way is with a teacher and learning music theory
well it's the most fun way in my opinion
How did you get this song ?
just download it from customsforge.com :D
Only thing I would change is the view. Instead of that transparent back to front view, I'd go with more of a top down kind of like a tab.

If that's the case, it might be worth looking into getting. Thanks for the info!

lmao "E Standart"
He didn't say it did, I think you're just taking it a bit seriously. You're the one with the problem here lol
^ exactly, and not everyone that speaks English is a prick
No, the stupid asshole OP is the one with the problem.
