I bought one of these and it's a flimsy piece of garbage. Even if you use sufficiently wide tube stock with a thick enough wall, the way the parts interface and join makes the whole thing wobble under high weight. People go in for these with the understanding that they'll move on to something better once they outgrow this one, but this is a delusion. If you're not serious enough about the endeavour to know you'll follow it through, quit now. If you know you will, however, you're only losing money buying a setup, which on top of being a useless piece of shit, is something you'll outgrow rapidly. If you've unfortunately bought one of these pieces of garbage consider scrapping it and building a better one out of better steel, buying a better one or, if you're stuck with it, reinforce it with wood at the weak points and the interfaces to make it rigid. This should add about 200 lbs of weight capacity to the thing.
