Clary Sage has Linalool and Linalyl Acetate - gives that herbal / bergamot type feel.
true and the perfumer did some chemical magic to it so it's not surprising it comes off citrusy. I love H24. I think it will be a landmark fragrance (like fahrenheit, aventus, sauvage, ...)

I’m sure you’ve all figured it out by now, but there are many more ingredients in H24 if you look at the actual ingredients and not just the notes on their website. There is listed Coumarin, Oakmoss, and indeed CITRAL. Which is a component of citrus peel oil. It is known for its passionate lemon aroma. So your noses are not off at all.

Awesome format and content. More of this! I'm with Curly on L'homme Ideal Extreme. Tried a sample, and so badly wanted to like it based on the notes, but found it to be cloying and harsh on my skin. Excited to try H24.
That's disappointing! I love the edp version and was planning to get the extreme version.
You should still try the Extreme! Doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. :)

I understand Curly Scents when it comes to Halfeti Cedar. I got the sample and tried it for a couple of days and it just felt like Halfeti but Halfeti gone wrong, like it was just off or molded. Then like a month later, I came across one of your videos where you praised it to high heaven and I couldn't really believe my ears so I found the sample again to see if I could really be wrong about Halfeti Cedar and it was like my brain had figured the scent out. Now it's one of my all-time favorite. Just it might not be great for a first date scent since it seems that it can take the brain a little while to understand what it is smelling. Fun video.
It’s definitely one I save for special occasions, and I don’t spray a lot of it. Thanks for watching.

The opening of H24 is beautiful, but the dry down is somewhat of a let down (at least for me) because it smells like Givenchy gentleman only or gentleman EDP.

I think Demi’s fragrance smells better on skin for sure. Also I don’t care for Code EDT but I really like Code EDP. I think IDEAL extreme is my favorite out of all those flankers or maybe at least tied to the EDT. Heck I love them all lol. Now for the Hermez, I do like the opening. However, it doesn’t last on my skin long at all. Drys down to a clothing ironing metallic smell. Very disappointing that performance couldn’t be better :(
