For people like me who live in rural Illinois, that Streetpass + Nintendo Zone feature is amazing. It gives me a chance to interact with other people I may not ever see normally. I guess I have a reason to get the new Streetpass Games now!

NintendoZone StreetPass actually sounds awesome. I pass through several Nintendo Zones a day, so it'll be nice to add a few extra passes to the mix, besides just the regulars.

I cannot wait to see what the extra gamepad features will be with third-party games. I'm glad Ubisoft is publishing first run titles on Wii U. The possibilities for cool gameplay w/ Splinter Cell and Watchdogs is driving me crazy. Cannot wait.
Back when the Nintendo Direct had Bill Trinen, Reggie Fils Amie and Satoru Iwata.
They were in the last update. They are all really fun.
Only works on bootleg carts and cart copiers. The copy protection in this game has layers that check certain aspects of the game ROM and the actual cartridge. This game runs on all SNES emulators just fine.

I only get about one or two people a day when I walk around campus at my University, but now I will hopefully get even more through my local Best Buy!

I like Nintendo because of variety you get both "kid" games and hard core games, half my library is hard core and the other half "kid" games, and if they're actually games for just "kids" id still play them because I have fun playing them and that's the biggest reason why I bought a Wii U: to have fun.
*sighs* yeah the Majoras mask and the triforce do make you all powerful.
One thing that I love that I wished Sony and Microsoft did, are these Direct Episodes to their Consumer Base! Great Job Nintendo!

Yes, Earth Bound was finally released on the Wii U Virtual Console! Now I only hope that Nintendo releases Earth Bound Zero / Mother 1 in America one day too.

Nintendo fans are never scared because they know that the Wii U will deliver more games... most of them are first party and independent developers. Pikmin 3 is one prime example that the U is now selling.

Actually, a TRUE gamer embraces all consoles for what they are and doesn't pick sides. Also, I'd love to see you try to make the "Wii U has no games" argument a few years down the road--nearly every console has started out weak and picked up steam after that.

Probably in the last Nintendo Direct of the year so November/December we will get something about it. The creator of the game leaked 1 small detail. That the game would take place in modern times...
I'm missing out not having a Nintendo3DS... New mario, zelda and animal crossing games? Those games are so incredible fun to play. Nintendo has always been all about fun not only advanced graphics that limit the gameplay.
The issue with StreetPass is that not enough people have a 3DS for it to work well and the fact that I don't feel like carrying my 3DS everywhere I go.

because Nintendo is bringing the franchise to America in the first time in 18 years. Plus this shows that they might have enough Interest to make Mother 4 maybe one day..... maybe.
Here's one advice-- Save up all of your money and buy it. Have patience, keep your expectations very low and you may soon get your wish.
Maybe a little but most people who want it want it for the original copy or cartridge for a collection not just a download.

Yeah, since there's a Wii Channel thing on the Wii U, you can transfer games and such over.The problem is, you cannot use the Wii U gamepad as a controller.

I'm not excited for any Mario or Zelda game but I'll be happily purchasing Sonic & All-Stars Transformed, Pikmin 3, Bayonetta 2, Sonic Lost World, The Wonderful 101, Rayman Legends and Batman: Arkham Origins once I get a Wii U.

Well, I did say "more" which should indicate there are MORE than 4 titles to expect from the Wii U. Eventhough the console has been out for about eight months, It still has more variety in it's first-party titles than PS3 and 360 combined. While Nintendo continues to amaze people with their new ideas and sequels for franchizes that have been out for years, the other two consoles continue to offer the same conventional dried up FPS and Cinematic movies and will be the same for their successors.
Well Olimar will be there, so it is possible to think that the two new pikmins will be following him! :D
