I feel like it behaves similarly to decks such as Rikka, Branded, Dragonlink and Ishizu Tear where you just pile up a bunch of cards to create an absurd end board by doing some convoluted shenanigans
Wow this seems pretty good? You played trough 4 hand traps and still ended on the Alien Lock + Chain Coils thats crazy dude. The only problem is that the deck seems to die to Droll and Nib at the right moment hurts and at least cuts you off the Alien part.
Actually, we didn’t see a good representation of it, BUT let it be known that Nibiru TRIBUTES TO SUMMON ITSELF. All of the Mistu’s have effects that activate when being tributed, meaning that if your opponent Nibiru’s you blindly, they could just be giving you a huge extender/ +1 or +2
Nib is actually beneficial to the deck as it tributes which triggers the rituals and main deck monster effects. The quick play spell helps you play around droll and establish somewhat of a board under it.
@@julianuchiha703 Yeah I‘m of course aware of that but the line seen in this video seems pretty weak to Nib when you activate it after Daybreak resolves.
Let it be known everyone that while Nib/Droll seems to be very effective at killing any deck, Nib is actually a bit of a Liability against this deck. All of the Mistu’s have effects that activate upon being tributed, and Nib tributes all monsters to summon itself. So as the opponent you HAVE to pick the correct time to drop the rock or else they’ll just be giving you a big extender in a possible bad hand
I mean, pure mitsurugi might be nib proof but their effects are hard onces and you count on tributing them once for most of your combos. If you tributed the rituals for the search then it suddenly becomes weak to nib, who would have guessed?
cant help but feel like reptile endboards might be the problem. Like you can build this deck in a way to never get reptile locked and play to real generic bosses but yet we still just go to the generic A-counter endboard that we see time and time again and really the endboard is the biggest reason why reptile has sucked so much. This is the reason reptile hasent ever truly been a thing. It can flood the board so hard but a lot of the best cards would reptile lock. This is a good opportunity to finally break that mold and have really good generic endboards that compliment the deck, and i don't think anybody is really understand how insane this opportunity is.
That’s generic and defeats the purpose of reptiles being reptiles so they can be generic like everything else they just got these new cards which changed the strategy and your still complaining smh
@TheOneNeo-br9fd strategy literally hasn’t changed at all. Ogdoadic raika endboard is stagbeatle, slicer, and shock trooper. It’s the exact same thing and it sucks. The reason that deck had to do that was getting locked into raikas tri tiping. You literally don’t have to do that in this deck. Did you even think before you typed to me orrr?
@@TheOneNeo-br9fd being “generic like everything else” will mean that a reptile deck will actually have a slight change to be meta for once which is better than reptile has ever been in this game. Plus who tf said anything about complaining. I want this deck to be good and being generic will be the best thing for it. Ending on the same shit that reptile decks always end on isn’t gonna cut it cause those decks have literally never done anything.
@nagadesu the actual issue is just that reptile sucks. Being generic is nice, but that's only good if there's good generic bosses and end boards. We lost most of the generic end board pieces in the last few banlists (good thing in my opinion, got tired of every end board being apol baronne etc.). What really needs to happen is just better reptile bosses and end pieces. Just a format ago when fire was on top, before that fire kind of sucked. Took a lot of custom cards to get the ball rolling. Anyways, this deck doesnt lock into reptile iirc so you're free to do more generic stuff if you dont like alien locks. Drytron has synergy. Ryzeal has synergy. Just need to get in the kitchen and cook something up.
literally was my point lol that’s what I’m saying. No reason to reptile lock and play a-counter crap when there is still some good generic meta relevant staples. The deck can go ip into little knight, silouhatte rabbit, fiendsmith engine. Other decks can make use of this I see no reason why without a lock this deck couldn’t do the same thing + the build in ritual and trap negates. That’s why these vids are really lacking atm. Too much focus on trying to be “reptile link” when that type of build is just ass.
@BradenBurt He doesn't know and said it to sound smart. Majority of people wouldn't even know what over half these cards do cause reptiles. You wouldn't have people even know what cards to hit besides new ones and even then the sequence to do so is weird to try and disable them do to wording on the cards that let them dodge Ash.
@@RavenCloak13 ok, I’ve been working on the deck so I was confused lmao, your right the combos for this deck are super wierd I’ve been trying to work on the already established one card combos and edit them to also end on the rugi stuff on top of the cosmic lock and im honestly stumped because you end up missing literally one body with the one card snake rain combo to end on both its at the point where opening any piece of the rugi engine except the trap lets you end on them as well and rugi can get you to the full board if you just open rugi cards

oh yeah, just what i wanted, a way to play with the reptile restriction of nephelabyss and not caring

I wondered how the deck ran with Ragnaraika, question answered.
Me gusta🤔
Branded Fusion but Ritual flavored is insane
Expected a Mitsurugi deck, got a “How many Reptile Decks can we stuff in this Deck? YES!!!” Deck… 😅
Misturugi doesn't have enough to be it's own strategy just yet

pure mitsurugi doesn't have nearly enough cards
Floodgate, hand rip and omni negate.. nice 🎉
Lo que realmente esperaba era un Reptil boss monster como un Rango 8 reptil que lo necesita, pero se ve prometedor este arquetipo 😮
Hola bro, cómo puedo tener el EdoPro con la interfaz de Master Duel?
is it possible to use these with ragnaraika or at the very least summon the synchro Reptile Mesuline
That's awesome! Can't wait to play this deck! How did you add the new cards into MDPro3?
ragnaraika mitsurugi

What emulator is this on?
Would shadows light work in the deck
You could play it but Duality is better for this deck because banishing Duality helps getting the Lv. 4 Ogdoadics back.

@BradenBurt this is true. I respect it. The amount of content this channel pumps out is insane, and quickly. I don’t expect optimal stuff.
La verdad algunos nunca estan satisfechos, si no es tier 0 es una mierda, y lo que menos quiero es que maten a los reptiles por un soporte roto.
