If it were me, I would remove his crushing counters in favor for enhanced lights. I would make the trajectory on his neutral attacks and zone/light out of kaze stance better so he can external better. Let him feint his heavy follow up in kaze that counters so your not so defenseless against certain characters like hito, zerk, and shugo. And finally make the chain link timing on kaze stance the same as varagian(the speed of entering kaze stance). And maybe limit the time you can stay in kaze stance to 5 seconds so you can't just sit in it in a team fight. Then he would be a lot better.

People complain about kyoshins 20 dmg neutral light attacks, so my proposal is that you can only heavily attack from neutral. While the other moves are locked behind the counter.
I also hear kyoshins kagaro (or however you spell it). Feat lets him do 30 damage off of a counter. Idk what to say abt that lol
