This whole experience has been... *magical* 💘💖 What does it all mean?... 🌌 Christmas party...touching hands...eyes locking...stares that seems to last longer than usual... is it just me or did he always seem to be beside me when we take group selfies? 🤔 Sometimes, when he looks at me... his eyes...I can't help but feel...but could I be mistaken? 🥺 Then, how do you explain yesterday? (I wrestle with myself) 🤔🤷♀️😞🥺 I "came back to earth" and snapped out of it with a jump, as my phone started ringing. Who's calling at this odd hour?... 🤨 I reach for my phone. It's a VIDEO CALL - from HYUNJIN! 😱 WHAT?! After the party, everyone had gone their merry way, gifts in tow. The guys are in full schedule mode with a new comeback, and ongoing world tour. We'd all exchanged our goodbyes and well wishes at the party, so this was totally unexpected! 😱😅💓💓 I nervously, and quickly, brush my fingers through my hair. Our friendship is most important 🙈 I have to control my feelings 😩 HYUNJIN: "---llo?? Are you frozen? You've stopped moving!" ME: "Yeah, no, I'm here!" 🙋♀️👋 (I realise I must have looked like some strange statue sat on my bed: crossed legs, hands in my lap, head slightly tilted with a fixed smile across my face and a glazed look in my eyes. I laughed at what I must have looked like (🤣) and it sobered me up to the gentle realisation that I really don't want to lose him as a friend... 🥹 "I'm not frozen. Just tired and spaced out. Yeah, I can stay for a bit. How did the schedule go?" (I ask, trying to keep it casual). HYUNJIN: "It was amazing, fantastic." He beams. "You know, whenever we get on stage, no matter what kind of day we have, the energy from STAYs is magic. It's electric."

Everyone started jumping, yelling, and descending onto Chan to doodle on his t-shirt for saying one of the "forbidden" words 😜👕🖊Han is wide-eyed and pointing! Changbin and LK holler so loud! I.N. fights against Chan with the coloured pens. Felix, too, but he also tries to ruffle Chan's hair at the same time 🤣 Seungmin just rolls up on the side, holding his tummy as he laughs 🗣📣📣📣🤣🏃♂️🏃♂️🤪🤪🔊🔊🔊😂🤣🤣😂 My eyes finally land on Hyunjin, of course. He does the cutest laugh - the one where his mouth drops open and his eyes disappear that make the tiniest crinkle in his nose 😆👏👏 He clapped his hands in applause that I'd called Chan out, and at how funny it was to see Chan fending off the other members, and the general fun and silliness of it all 🥹 I couldn't grasp the words being shouted around me. Only the noise and the excitement of the atmosphere that swirled around Hyunjin and I. It seemed "still" in the centre. Like in the eye of a storm. Like it was just the two of us. His laugh melted into a smile. He pulled me closer and I stumbled a little, careful not to step on his toes! But his smile, for a moment, was like it was only meant for me 🥹 I answered with a smile, and then we both turned away, facing the same direction towards the others. And eventually, got that group pic done 🧀📸😁😁😁🥰🥰😁😁😁😁

I couldn't help but notice (Chan) said one of the forbidden words in last chapter! 😮 It was SO obvious to me, and I didn't want to run ahead of myself, in case you continued it from that point in this Chapter (16). I COULD NOT OVERLOOK IT - TOO FUNNY!! 🤣🤣 So when I saw that this new Chapter 16 has a time skip, I just HAD to "complete" Chapter 15, as I'd imagined it. Come to think of it, it was the SAME cheeky grin Felix made at Hyde Park back in summer! 🫢 During 'TOPLINE,' I was sure I'd caught a glimpse of Changbin and Han approaching Lix off to the side of the stage. Giggling like they wanted to know what he just found out. Felix responded with the same knowing grin, and nonchalant shrug 🤔🧐😲 Have the guys known something?... for a WHILE(?!..) I sat with my mouth open in disbelief (again) 😮🫢
Hyunjin just stared at me. I did the same. What was he thinking? I was sure I'd heard him say something earlier, but his reaction now?.. 😳 Maybe hearing it out loud made it more real for him... "I'm gonna head out and get ready before he comes back." 😳👉 Hyunjin said.
