I get cheap shoe box sized plastic storage boxes and use baggies as you stated. Everything in the bags get labled and placed in the box. You can write on the box. Take lots of pictures guys. Especially if it is trimmed up. use a black permanent marker and paint the control rods right up to the ferrit that holds the rod, that way, you dont have to guess as to where the adjustment is. Dont use tape, it will get pulled off. I use paint markers on wires so I know where the wires go. I have had guys come up to me wanting their older planes restored and outfitted with modern electronics. Since I am disabled, I may consider doing it. I know as a fact there is NO ONE here up in Northern Mi that does what you do.
