Sir if we import sample of goods, does we have to pay custom duty aur its exempted
If you import under your company name then you have to pay duty
I have many questions:
1) Does the BCD exemption also apply for personal purchases ?
2) If BCD is exempted, do I pay any SWS charges since it is calculated as 10% of BCD ?
3) Does IGST change for different categories of products, e.g. smartphones ? or is it 18% with no exception. (Another video I saw said IGST for smartphones is 12%)
4) If purchase proof cannot be provided then import duty will increase from 42.08% to 77% ??
