Many years ago I was a musician and was able to do a few gigs there. It has been romanticized quite a bit over time. Mostly, it was just a standard dive bar. I'll bet the exhibit didn't smell nearly as bad as the original, LOL...
In lath it's a short a sound like in apple Lath is the narrow strips nailed up on walls with gaps so the plaster will have something to "KEY" on to, in most cases when plaster starts to fall off of walls it is because the keys broke off the plaster , this trip is great thanks for sharing this adventure with us. Oh and thank Abby for sharing her date trip with us too have a good day and a better tomorrow
Great video. I've always wanted to visit Pensacola. Side note: nice job and rotating the camera around to catch the hot chick when Leaving the Brewery lol
This channel is a great addition Adam. But I think that old steam engine will never run again till its boiler is updated like the one Kieth has in Georgia at the museum he works at.
This is kinda off-topic, but here goes. I've watched virtually all of your machining videos Adam but I've never known the full meaning of your ABOM79 logo. I assume the AB is for Adam Booth. The 79 is possibly your birth year. But I've never figured out anything for the OM. Will you please clear this up for me?
Hey Adam what no real Maple syrup to go with those corn fritters , that there is a shame Adam maybe I will have to send you some so you can see just what your missing out on
Thanks for sharing
Honestly, I don't know which I enjoy more....your 'adventures' or the machine work! Very cool bits of history! Thanks, Adam! :-)

The Trade Johns exhibit is amazing. I didn't know about it. It looks very much like how I remember the place. I enjoyed your video. Good job.
Yea it's a cool place to see. I never did get to visit the real place.

I'm pretty sure they won't ever try and get that one running again. Very cool to see though!

You can look at it like this. A=Adam, BO=Booth, M=Machining, 79= my birth year.
Haha, I was about to comment the exact same thing! Anyway, cheers!
