Super Video, hat mir sehr geholfen. Allerdings hatte bei mir der Backofen nicht gereicht, ich habe die neue Radnabe mit dem Bunsenbrenner richtig auf Temperatur gebracht. Danach ging es echt ohne Kraftaufwand. Wichtig, gleich nach dem drauf schieben mit dem Eisspray runter kühlen, sonst wird die Achse und Motor zu Heiss.
Alu sollte man normalerweise nie mit einer Flamme erwärmen weil's die Festigkeit stark herabsetzen kann, aber wenn's für dich funktioniert hat, umso besser!
Please look at 1:26, that was the original problem. No tight fit between the wheel and the hub, so the Automower will get problems moving the wheels. Ours actually only went in circles any more because it could not move one of the wheels properly. No error message, but I'm sure you will notice this without one, haha.

What was the problem you fixed? Did it show an error message? Did the bolt expand in the oven for a tighter fit?

About 15 minutes should be fine
But can you just buy a spare cog?
Well now i got a broken bolt in the old one :(
