if ur under 40 and have a good surgeon the chances for u should be good bro. positive energy does help (personal experience with knee issues)

I’m not sure why but these videos are always the most relaxing for me. It seems like when you are laying down you are more comfortable and makes me more comfortable!! It’s really nice because most ASMR videos are in a sitting upright position but these feel more organic. Fantastic video I hope you continue to do more of these. Appreciate it a ton!

I'm not an easy one to sleep without meds but did work out fine listening 2 times and was totally relaxed. The combined soft music in the background really did the trick.

You have a special quality that few have but is absolutely necessary for hypnosis. You have that ability to project that people can trust you, that people can let go and be vulnerable with you, and you will not harm them but help them. Most people can not project that quality. I'm an insomniac so I usually use asmr vids to fall asleep and I'm very surprised that doesn't happen to me more often. I think maybe it's happened to me twice in a few months so not bad. Altho I use a tablet for these vids n put it on a pillow besides me but the earphones part is still a mystery lol
Done this too many times. Headphones wrapped around your neck n your alarm goes off n wake up frantic tryin to turn it off n can’t find it

I just watched and listened to this video. I can't remember if I ever watched it before but it hasn't gotten old. It is effective in calming and soothing my mind.

As I have commented on a few occasions. This area of ASMR is Lucy's top talent in my view.
I approached this video as a sceptic, then I woke up after the video ended. This is way better than all the sleep music I listen to every night.

Im trying to sleep but listening to your soothing voice with the music in the background brought me to tears.. I am very alone these days and I think I have become very depressed as a result. I was supposed to sleep but ended up waking up and seeing something is broken.

Its so great of a vid, that i usually use your vids to help when doing a transcription that i'm getting sleepy while working instead of just calm lol... i wanted to stay calmer, but it seems its just working too well.
