Thank you for this video. I am an American planning to start up a business in Lithuania. Hoping to know more about the legality when it comes to investing in Lithuania.
@@taurusbullheaded8558 very interesting. Why did you choose Lithuania as a starting point? What would be the disruptive part of your business idea? Cheers
@@AskMeStartUp My fiancee is Lithuanian and I am planning to move there in the future. But since I don’t speak their language.. it is going to be hard for me to get a job there and the options I have is to open up a business and somebody suggested to me the SPA business, since spa is in demand in their country. I did a little bit of research and it is indeed true that spa is a good business to start in Lithuanian but I am still studying the rules and regulations of Lithuania for foreigners who plans to start a busineness in their country. What are the necessary documents I needed to present and how much money do I need to start a business.
Its true specifically sauna is very popular. In term of language I would not be worried to much as many do speak English. Regarding business registration, once you are married to your fiancee, you will have the same legal rights to run a business as locals. (at least this is my understanding). Thank you for making this video. I am living in Turkey and i want to start a business in a country that doesnt require or little amount of financal resources in the first place to applying start up visa. My field is Tech & Programming so i am thinking Estonia or Lithuania. Which country do you recommend? When i get the visa can i bring my parents & brothers with me? Thank you again.
Thank you for your question. To me its quite obvious why You are trying to move from Turkey. However, there is NO country that requires no country that requires no or little amounts of financial resources, specifically not if you plan to get a Startup based Visa. Secondly, I am not aware that program allows for the support of parents or siblings. Only your wife and kids are supported. Still you might get them in later by employing them in your country of choice. You can look at countries like Bulgaria, Romania as a start. Of course Estonia and Lithuania but also Cyprus. The later specifically in the context of IT. Hope this helps. Cheers
@@AskMeStartUp Thanks for replying so quickly, why i think about Lithuania and Estonia is they are leave it up to you how much financal resources you need. I will look into Bulgaria and Romania as well.
