Pano po iturn off using power button sabi sa manual 3secs hold pero ung akin nappunta sa exercises mode. Kelangan ko pa pumunta ng settings..

Hello! I’m using it for more than a month now and I haven’t experienced dropping connection in bluetooth, i also saw the reviews in google play, btw im using an iOs device and haven’t experienced pa the same thing, di kaya sa android? Or sa bluetooth version sir? i always use this as controller to spotify and the basic haylou app is just right, also the find phone feature in the watch works well too, i just observed na di pa ganun kadami ang features nya within app pero nah that’s ok,though in battery segment it’s superb for me,lasts more than 15 days, i just set my heart rate monitor on manual mode to add up saving some juice for the watch. I also compared it to other watches such as amazfit, mi bands and apple watch and i could tell na di to nagpapahuli ayun lng hehe thanks for this vid btw

One time connect sa bluetooth, good to go. Unless, gusto mo realtime na makakatanggap ng notif ng text or call, need mo naka connect palagi sa bluetooth at wifi.

Hi Dominhic! Wala po syang free screen protector installed or free screen protector. Check out online sales channels like Lazada or Shopee if may available screen protector for Haylou smartwatches.

Hi Nast1! Yes it has IP68 dust and water resistance. Pwede iligo at iswim sa pool pero hindi pwede ipang sauna or dive. Its has a toughened glass as well.

Hi! No, wala pong gps chip ang Haylou smartwatches. You need your phone to share its gps via the companion app to the watch. It may show you a distance however pero based lang yon sa steps which is definitely inferior measurement compared sa gps measurement.

Hi! Most highend watches ay may built in gps chip. You can search Google for smartwatches with built in gps for 2020. Examples are Galaxy and Apple Watches on the expensive side and offers 2 day battery, Huawei on the midrange side that offers 14 days battery and Xiaomi Amazfit on the lower end side that offers 14 days battery as well.

Hi JC! If price is not an issue I will choose Mi Band 5. Mas mature ang Mi Band Series ni Xiaomi. You will also get an oled screen although mas maliit sya. Customizable din ang watch faces. Convenient din dahil may gps tracking from your phone regardless sa app or Mi Band ka mag initiate ng workout. And lastly superior ang Mi Fit app dahil mas detailed ang data doon compared kay Haylou Fit app. Hope this helps!

Depends on your brightness setting. I believe sa video ko may part dyan na I use it outside. reflective kapag sobrang bright ng light you may have trouble looking into it lalo na pag small elements on screen and nag momotor.

Hello Lourd! Automatic po ang sleep tracking. Isa lang po sa disadvantage ay mabagal po ang sync from watch to app ng sleep data at maaaring abutin ng ilang oras bago lumitaw sa app. Na experience ko rin po yan.

Automatic po ang sleep tracking. Most likely during regular sleep hours nag ta-track ng sleep. Hindi ko pa nasubukan kung nag ta-track din ang Haylou smartwatches ng naps during the day, or if it will work kapag sa umaga na natutulog.

Ang smartwatch lang naman ang mag wowork diba kung sa phone e sisync in lang man ang mga notification nya kasi bluetooth always on can drain your batery tama ba?
Hi! Yes it will still work but you won't get your push notifications and use other functions such as music remote, phone finder or gps assisted workout kapag naka off ang bluetooth.

Modern smartphones are capable of multi device connection so yes. And no, you need constant bluetooth connection for the notification to work.

Hi replaceable ang strap ni Haylou dahil it uses either 20mm or 22mm (depende sa model) standard watch strap. Using Apple Watch strap not so sure if it uses a standard strap for watches.

Hi! The watch needs to be turned on and in close proximity with the phone. Also, on Android the BLUETOOTH and LOCATION services work together so both settings or permissions need to be granted sa Haylou Fit app for it to work.

Hi! I am using Haylou Fit app, connected ang watch and under Device, Universal Settings napapalitan ko naman from 24-hr and 12-hr system. Make sure lang na connected ang smartwatch sa phone via bluetooth, and real time naman nagpapalit pag pinalitan mo yung setting. Pwede mo ring iturn off and turn on yung watch or relaunch mo yung app and try again.
