- This game is cemented in my memory and I'm so glad that I got to grow up playing this. I managed to get an emulator working so that I could play the unreleased XBLA version and oh man, I had such an amazing nostalgia trip. As I have a great interest in music, I decided I wanted to try remaking a track whilst staying somewhat close to the original sound.
So here is the opening track Dam, remade by myself. I also decided to remake and add the X track which I believe was used for the multiplayer map.
Massive amounts of respect go to Graeme Norgate and Grant Kirkhope for creating such an outstanding OST.
Following this playlist with interest! Love the work so far
Hey thankyou so much! I feel like I've seen your name somewhere before 🤔 you usually in a Graslu00 chat?
@@mattspence1337 yup, and the TND64 project lead :)
@@TiJayFLY ahh I thought that's where I'd seen you. Yeah I love that project, great work. I just love that people are still keeping this game alive.
Don't you mean following the playlist with love?
This is way better than that other dudes one. Not to play favourites of course, but this is my favourite
@legitbeans9078 I'm not sure which other dude you're on about 🤭 but thankyou! I appreciate that 😁
Excellent remake and use of stereo channels. This was a treat!
Thankyou! This was my first ever attempt at composing and mixing a track, I've just been learning as I go along with each remake. Thanks for stopping by and checking out my content, it's much appreciated!
@@mattspence1337 This was your first?!
@@meowsandstuff yeah it certainly was, I've messed around with guitar covers in the past, but never composed a full track until this one. Thanks for checking it out!
Just how i imagined hearing it when i first touched the N64! 😂❤
Great version!
You got Wiebe pegged on this one! Phenomenal work.
For England James
No, for me
No, for James Bond
Remaster ❤❤❤
2:10 N64 Game with umpteen hit zones and today 🙄
4:25 🤣
That ending got me dancing
😄 yeah, them X tracks will do that. Thanks for listening.
That's awesome, did you do all the instrumentation in this? Also how's the XBLA version?
I recorded the guitars, the rest I used MIDI. Come to think of it, I was just watching your GoldenEye video last night. I need to finish watching it. I'm so glad you mentioned about how great the music is in this game.
The XBLA version is okay, there's a few stutters here and there. I normally play GoldenEye on the 1964 emulator with keyboard and mouse, but had to use a controller for this version.
@@mattspence1337 oh cool, thanks for watching! And the guitar (as well as the rest of the track) sounds great!
I was pretty blown away by Goldeneye soundtrack. It was certainly better than the movies soundtrack.
Ashame about the stutters but still neat it's playable!
@@signalzero77 thanks for the kind words, it's very much appreciated. Gonna go watch the rest of your video now. :)
@@mattspence1337 that is also very much appreciated!
Very nice :D
Amazing, when is the release date
Never, unfortunately.
You can however find a download of it and play it on an xbox 360 emulator.
That game looks fantastic and the music is spot
Thanks, it's the leaked XBLA version. Definitely recommend getting your hands on it.
Hi, are all your tracks available for public use?
Hey, yeah they are, as long as you don't mind giving credit ☺️
Hi Matt, I'm designing a radio music stream for gamers, all songs will have credits on screen and a section that composers can use to display links/info. Also, participating composers will get a free advert that plays on the stream between songs.@@mattspence1337
super
Thankyou!!
