I replaced my uppers when I installed my leveling kit. Not for wheels and tires, but because the angle the leveling kit puts stock arms at and chrysler uppers suck lol
I have a 2018 ram 1500 do I need a level to do that set up or will they fit?
I can't say for sure but even with just the 2.5 inch level I clear for days I don't even come close to rubbing so you may be able to

June Bug no spacers. Just -24 offset on the wheels
